"The camaraderie of the Stamford Jazzercise Group was so welcoming after my year-long course of chemotherapy and radiation (otherwise it would be just another gym, or excercise video right?---there's plenty of that for those who prefer the treadmill or working out in front of the T.V.). There is, indeed, something wonderful when women get together for a common purpose. Additionally, I have always loved the broad appeal Jazzercise has for ages and abilities. I just want you to know I love the 5:50 am classes. Our instructor is GREAT and its a nice small group of people. The timing is awesome for me but when you only have it two times per week its hard to get in the groove. I love jazzercise too, its just my style. I really helps my menopause and the winter blues. Its so convenient for me to get to. |
